At Nitro Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. If your new board, bindings, or boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
