The ideal board length depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin when standing upright. For more precision, please refer to the size chart on each product page.
Do Nitro snowboards come pre-waxed?
Yes, all Nitro snowboards are factory waxed and tuned before they leave our facility, so they are ready to ride straight out of the box.
What is your return policy for gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for those looking to catch the next snowfall.
What kind of warranty do you offer on snowboards?
Nitro provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like delamination or structural failures but does not cover damage from impacts, rails, or rocks.
Are Nitro bindings compatible with other board brands?
Yes, our bindings use a universal mounting disk system that is compatible with standard 4x4, 2x4, and Channel mounting systems used by most major brands.
